An aide to Lord Major Bren ir'Gadden, found catatonic on the Mark of Prophecy in a ruined tower near the Battle of Saerun Road.
Reappeared during the group's investigation to the appearance of a Mourning Haunt in Sharn. He evidently summoned the demon and may have been trying to blow up Dalannan Tower, which houses Morgrave University. He also appeared to have an aberrant dragonmark upon his person. The group was able to capture him and turn him over to the authorities in Sharn.
