The party first met this half elf in a cell in Rivenroar. At that time she was an acolyte of Ioun. She hysterically clung to the first person through her cell door - Daggoth. She has eyes only for him and she looks for approval from him if someone else tries to give her even an innocuous order.

She later was ordained as a full cleric of Ioun after doing her dissertation on the Seed of Winter. The party met up with Jalissa again in Overlook and she guided them to Stonestep Hill.
