History: The Mark of Finding developed about 1000 years ago on 3 clans in the Shadow Marches: the Torrns, Velderans, and Aashtas. About 500 years ago, House Sivis went searching for the dragonmark after rumors of supernatural hunters made their way across Khorvaire. After the gnomes found the dragonmark, they helped the clans join together and become a part of Khorvaire at large. The clans decided on the name House Tharashk, which comes from a goblin word meaning "united." House Tharashk began prospecting for dragonshards across the continent, helping them increase influence quickly. During The Last War, House Tharashk moved beyond prospecting and began offering search and rescue services. As the war drug on and Droaam kicked Breland out, House Tharashk formed strong ties with the more monstrous races and began hiring them out as mercenaries. This has put them at odds with House Deneith, who had previously held a near monopoly on mercenary hires.
